Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made on behalf of Bramble Group Inc. trading as Bramble. We are publishing this statement in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as a demonstration of our commitment to anti-slavery practices and an affirmation of the values we hold and adopt across our business.

Bramble is dedicated to ensuring that the way we conduct our business reflects our values and our belief that everyone should be treated with dignity and mutual respect in an environment that is free from harassment and discrimination. We are committed to practices that combat modern slavery and human trafficking, and to working with and encouraging any suppliers to uphold the principles in this statement.

Our Organizational Structure and Business

Bramble is an enterprise continuous improvement software platform that helps customers improve operational expenses. Our headquarters is located in Charlotte, NC, USA.

Our Staff

We are committed to maintaining a fair and ethical workplace for all our staff, free of bullying, harassment, discrimination, and violence. We prohibit the use of forced labor and human trafficking.

As part of our commitment to ethical business practice, we have in place our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy (“Code of Conduct Policy”), which requires employees of Bramble to:

  • Treat co-workers with dignity and respect.
  • Not engage in, and actively prevent, workplace discrimination and harassment.
  • Report unresolved incidents of inappropriate workplace behavior.

We also ensure compliance with all applicable employment legislation, including verifying employees' right to work and ensuring that all staff in our globally distributed workforce are paid at least the national minimum or living wage.

Our Supply Chains

As a continuous improvement platform, Bramble does not have an extensive supply chain, as our operations are primarily software-based. As such, the risk of modern slavery within our supply chain is low. However, we remain vigilant and will take appropriate measures if we identify any increased risk.

Vendors

We expect all contractors, suppliers, and business partners to uphold the same high ethical standards as Bramble by ensuring that all employees and workers are treated with dignity and respect.

We endeavor to:

  • Review potential areas of risk within our business.
  • Assess suppliers based on the nature of what is being supplied and its country of origin.
  • Manage and mitigate risks identified in our vendor relationships.

Training

We believe that awareness is key to combating modern slavery. Bramble provides training to employees to increase awareness of modern slavery issues, emphasize the importance of ethical conduct, and provide guidance on identifying and reporting concerns.

Looking Ahead

We will continue to monitor and improve our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. Our legal function is responsible for testing the effectiveness of our commitments and ensuring that we meet our expectations.

This statement is given on behalf of Bramble for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. It outlines the steps taken during the financial year to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
